You will also find a TV, self check-in, and a baby bed. Families with children will appreciate shared toys and books. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Enjoy your private balcony with mountain views—a perfect spot to relax and breathe fresh air after a day of exploring. Two shared parking spaces are available on site, and street parking is also possible. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Bed linen is not provided, so remember to bring your own sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats. Duvets and pillows are available. There is no cleaning fee, so guests are required to leave the apartment clean and tidy. Before departure, guests must inform the owner of any damage to the premises, appliances, or other items. For damaged equipment or appliances and other issues, an amount will be withheld from the security deposit depending on repair costs. This deposit also covers cleanliness (cleaning). CLEANING: Guests are required to thoroughly clean each room: bedroom, living room, stairs, toilets, and bathrooms, including: - Vacuuming and mopping floors - Dusting furniture - Cleaning bathrooms, appliances, fridge, and trash bin.
